Flattop Mountain Shuttle
In Anchorage, Alaska on 4th Ave between C & D

Seasonal service from May 26 - September 10.

No deposit or credit card taken to reserve.  Cancel anytime.

The reason why we ask where you're staying is so we can advise people who are not staying downtown how to get here by bus for $2.  Either that or give them the option of being picked up on our outbound route if they're staying near it.  The People Mover city bus costs only $2 and runs every 15 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes on weekends.

After filling out the online form we will send you a confirmation so that you have something in writing to save so that you're reminded where and when to check in.

COST SAVING NOTE FOR GROUPS: If you're a group of four or more it is cheaper to take an Uber or taxi to and from the trailhead and you can go and return whenever you want.  To check what a rideshare costs, the address to the trailhead is 13101 Glen Alps Road.

Our service is a great value for one person; a very good value for two people, and a good value for three people.  However for four or more people the better value is to hire a taxi or rideshare.  Unless it is rush hour or rideshares are in high demand, It costs between $35 and $45 to get from downtown to the trailhead so between $70 and $90 roundtrip.  That said groups of four sometimes still choose our shuttle because they value the "low key" circuit tour/route and/or the bigger space of a passenger van.

There is cell service at the trailhead.

The phone number for Yellow Cab Taxi is 907-222-2222.
